Returns

Returns are FREE worldwide. You are welcome to return any item ordered, just email us at info@serafinjewellery.com within 30 days of receiving your purchase and we will organise courier collection.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging and receipt.

Faults

Serafin Jewellery is entirely handmade and therefore there will always be some variations between pieces. These pieces are fine and delicate and should be handled and worn with care. Normal wear and tear on jewellery items is not considered a fault.

If you feel a piece of jewellery is faulty, or if breakage has occurred, please contact our studio team on info@serafinjewellery.com . The piece will be assessed in line with our warranty guidelines.

Repairs

Repairs are available and are assessed on a case by case basis. Depending on the case they may incur a fee.

Sizing

Should a purchased piece require resizing, please contact info@serafinjewellery.com for instructions. Customers will be responsible for all postage and re-delivery charges for resizing. Resizing fees will apply, this is quoted on a case by case basis depending on the piece. Please consult the sizing chart prior to ordering to ensure your order correctly.

Stones

Stones can naturally vary in shade and colour. Stones shown in online images may not always exactly match the stone in the jewellery piece purchased.

Shipping and handling

Australian Domestic Orders are sent express via Australia Post. You will be contacted on dispatch of your order with a tracking number which you can check at www.auspost.com.au.

Serafin Jewellery ships worldwide. International Standard Shipping is sent via Australia Post. These packages are registered and trackable, you will be contacted on dispatch of your order with a tracking number which you can check at www.auspost.com.au. International standard parcels take approximately 6 days to arrive.

International Express Shipping is sent via Australia Post. These packages are registered and trackable, you will be contacted on dispatch of your order with a tracking number which you can check at www.auspost.com.au. International express parcels take approximately 4 business days to arrive.  

Duties and taxes

Occasionally, dependant on the recipient country and the relevant import laws, duties and taxes may be payable. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Any information provided by you is protected. We fully appreciate and respect the importance of privacy on the internet and will not share or sell your personal information with anyone. We may use your contact information to contact you about new products, features or special promotions. If you wish not to receive such communications, you may choose unsubscribe in our newsletter emails.
